Testimonies from school parents:
“Our daughter has been attending the before and after school club at Unicorn for over two years, and we’re so glad we chose Sue and her team. They strike a great balance between play and structure, with children engaging in crafts and activities most days, while also offering a calm and well-behaved environment where they can unwind after school. As working parents, we feel very fortunate that our daughter is happy, comfortable, and stimulated during her wraparound care. The club provides a nurturing space where children are encouraged to have fun while also being mindful and helpful to others. We’re incredibly grateful for the care and attention Sue and her team provide, and would highly recommend the club to other parents."
"My two boys (now in y3 and y5) have used the ASC provision at Unicorn since they started at the school in reception. Throughout this time, the service provided has been nothing short of outstanding. Their recruitment is excellent, ensuring that every member of staff cares for the children as individuals and interacts with them in a way that ensures they feel safe and relaxed during their ‘wind down’ time after school. A large range of activities are provided for the younger age group on a daily basis and age appropriate alternative activities are provided for the older pupils. If they want to just play football in the playground or do drawing, they can. They are fed healthy snacks and medication / individual needs are handled expertly. My boys leave the club smiling every evening. As a working parent, I can’t imagine feeling more secure and confident in the care my children receive after the school day and before I pick them up at 6pm."
